We accept the following payment methods:

Manual Payment via Interac e-Transfer to: shieldblam@gmail.com (Auto-deposit is enabled – no password required)

Manual Payment Instructions:
When selecting the e-Transfer option at checkout, please send your payment promptly and include your order number in the message field to avoid delays. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Production & Fulfillment Times

All items are made-to-order or customized. Production times may vary by product:

T-Shirts: Produced the same day and shipped the following business day.
*Shoes: Made-to-order. Please allow 7 business days for production and 7 additional business days for delivery to our studio. Once inspected, shoes are shipped immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across Canada via expedited shipping, which is included in the price.

*Post Inspection at our location.

Canada-Wide Shipping: 3–5 business days once shipped. Tracking information will be provided.
Local Delivery (Toronto): Available and typically fulfilled within 1–2 days.
Local Pickup: Available by appointment.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Custom Items & Final Sale Policy

Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order. As such: All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
